When you create an account or are added to an organization on GreenPaths, we collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and login credentials.

Field Activity Data

GreenPaths is a field sales tool. We collect data related to store visits, visit notes, sales interactions, product listings, gap reports, and other activity recorded by users during their fieldwork.

Device and Location Data

With your consent, we may collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and approximate or precise geolocation data to support features such as route optimization and visit verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the GreenPaths platform

• To process and manage field activity, visit logs, and sales data
• To generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for your organization

3. Data Sharing

• Within your organization. Data entered into GreenPaths is accessible to authorized members of your organization, including managers and administrators, in accordance with the permissions configured by your organization.
• Third-party data providers. GreenPaths integrates with third-party data providers, including InstantIQ, to deliver stock visibility, listings data, and retail intelligence. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
• Service providers. We work with trusted service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we specify.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular security monitoring. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
